Intel's "Battlemage" GPUs are already being tested in labs. The new GPU architecture is expected to bring increased performance compared to the current Arc "Alchemist" GPUs. Battlemage is expected to launch sometime in 2024. Intel's initial Arc GPU efforts codenamed "Alchemist" didn't have the smoothest of launches in early 2022, with numerous driver issues rendering them nearly unusable for many. Since then, Intel has put a lot of effort into improving the drivers , making the Arc a GPU buy for those on a budget, and they keep getting better with every update. "Battlemage" is Intel's next-generation GPU architecture. It is scheduled to be released sometime in 2024, and it appears that it is already in pre-production.
